First time riding a bike

Sunday was also the day that both girls really rode a bike for the first time. I know..it sounds completely CRAZY. They are old enough to be able to do that, but neither of the girls really took an interest before and neither one of us was ready to invest in buying a bike without first seeing some real interest from the girls.

Audrey probably would've done it much sooner, but maybe she was just waiting on her big sis..=)

On Friday, we got a little notice from Maile's school saying there's going to be a bike rodeo coming up in March and I really wanted Maile to be able to participate and not just watch her friends having fun from the sidelines.
So with that in mind, we took the girls to Walmart and they each got some new bikes that they are now eager to ride every single day.
